The AMRP does not intend to procure new Level of Effort (LOE) contracts for engineering work after the current contracts expire in November 2020. Funding levels have changed since we last procured LOE contracts and we do not anticipate enough upcoming engineering work to merit new contracts. We instead intend to solicit engineering work on a project-by-project basis as needed.
